The Florida Lottery's $1 million winning scratch-off ticket was claimed by a 61-year-old woman,

She  was dubbed "Florida's newest millionaire."

Deborah Robinson-Sparks, 61, of Pensacola collected her $1 million prize at the lottery's Pensacola District Office 

She took part in the scratch-off game 500X the Cash.

A lump-sum payment of $820,000 was the method Robinson-Sparks selected to receive her rewards.

The Florida Lottery's website claims that the $50 scratch-off game has the best odds of instantly becoming millionaire and a top prize of $25 million.

One of the two scratch-off tickets with the top prize has already been paid out.

The chances of winning the highest reward are 1 in 21,419,145, and the chances of winning the game as a whole are 1 in 4,50.

Robinson-Sparks purchased her winning ticket from the Walmart in Pensacola, which is located at 501 North Navy Boulevard.
